All customers are able to apply the discount code VIP10 at checkout and they will fluctuate commonly, so if you see a good discount, it might not stay forever so get it while you can.

At the moment I am a solo jeweler and on every piece I focus on making sure they come out the highest quality for my customers. It might take some time but no more than a week at most, but trust me it will be the best quality you can get on the market.

Shipping can vary, expect to wait 3-5 days for shipping but shipping will always be free except outside the U.S

For everything on the website I could accept exchanges, for example if you ordered a 16inch but you’d actually like a 18inch instead, just send me an email and I could exchange the chain or bracelet for you.
If you’d like to exchange for an entirely different piece i can also do store credit.
